With all these references to faxes etc., it needs to be stated that this is temporary measure and the goal is to implement all 3 guides together in concert (CRD, DTR, PAS). When it comes to the prior auth use case, piecemeal implementation will not provide the relief that providers need. PAS alone without CRD and DTR is not better a solution that what is currently available. So ideally would suggest deleting all references to faxes and mail, or at the very least being very clear on end goal.
