      CRD and DTR are independent IGs.  A payer can implement one and not another (or implement one first and the other later).  Therefore, the statement is true and needs to be surfaced to set expectations.  Obviously, we would prefer if everyone supported all 3 BR IGs and did so right away, but we can't guarantee that.  Even if regulation mandates all 3, there will still likely be an adoption timeframe that allows for incremental adoption such that not all features of all IGs are available in all circumstances.

    Description

      This just seems like telling people they can use CRD for Prior Auth but then just bounce them to proprietary solutions rather than DTR. I thought the point of this section was to show functionality of CRD and DTR independent of prior auth and/or each of the guides. Sending providers to manual 'solutions' isn't a functionality. Suggest deleting this sentence. "CRD can identify a need for prior authorization and/or special documentation but, instead of linking to a DTR solution, might simply point to a website or other documentation with guidance on the appropriate forms to complete"
