There is no 'template' property in the launch context from CRD.  Furthermore, there won't be an appContext at all for a stand-alone launch.  Also, the expectation for CQF vs. SDC is inconsistent with what's defined elsewhere.  (There's a different comment about that.)  It's not clear that this section adds anything not covered elsewhere in the spec, so I'd suggest removing it.
