Description
This paragraph: "The request resource created during the CRD workflow should be saved to the EHR FHIR server for retrieval by the DTR process, if possible. This might, for example, be the ServiceRequest resource that is sent in the CDS hook to the CRD server. Additionally, a tight integration between the CRD service and the DTR process should enable the DTR process to access FHIR resources received by the CRD service that are not available from the EHR's FHIR server." is unnecessary.
If we're launching from CRD, the order will typically be passed via the context, so there's no need for the order to be persisted. The 'integration' is limited to the passed context. The only time it's really important to talk about CRD is when it comes to linking the 'results' back to the order - which might not yet exist or have a permanent id. And that's not what this section is about.
Please remove the paragraph.
