      For Practitioners, we need systems to support a telephone number and an address along with some additional extensions on Identifiers.  Since US Core does not require support for those, we extended the profile.  We are unable to wait until these elements are in USCDI and then in US Core.

      Suggest removing this profile and relying on US Core Pracitioner. If these additional must support fields are necessary then we should push to get them in USCDI and eventually US Core.
