      We need to support prefix/suffix in name, district/country in address, and multipleBirthInteger.  Since those are not in US-Core today, we extended the US Core Patient profile.  We can not wait until those fields get added to USCDI and then to US Core.

      Suggest removing this profile and just using US Core. If you feel these additional must support fields are absolutely essential then I suggest getting them added to USCDI and eventually US Core.
