    Description

The HTML page names appear to be generated rather than carefully thought out.  Because users will sometimes want to jump to a specific known page, or will want to display hyperlinks in documents and elsewhere, care should be taken to make HTML page names short and concise.  Page names should not reflect hierarchy unless necessary to disambiguate from other pages with the same name.
