The 'downloads' section needs to have some explanation about what the different sets of downloads are and what they're for.  (Can't assume that readers of the IG have any familiarity with FHIR or IGs.)  Suggest breaking this out to a separate page similar to how CRD did things here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-crd/downloads.html

(Could be worth adding downloads of dependencies, the validator, etc. too.)
