    Description

"Since this IG does not describe a FHIR server, there is no Capability Statement."

      This statement is patently false:

      • CapabilityStatements are used for both clients and servers - any system that needs to conform with FHIR in any way needs a CapabilityStatement
      • Both EHRs and Payer systems have requirements around complying with DTR that will involve them acting as servers

Therefore, there should be a section on the home page that highlights the four types of systems involved in DTR - EHRs that use SMART apps, EHRs that don't use smart apps, smart apps and payer systems - with a reference to the CapabilityStatements for each.
