Suggest to replace the header Clinical System in the diagram with "Provider" to be analogous to "Payer", and to recognize that EHR is only one of multiple clinical and administrative systems involved in the flow.

There is the initiating system, the clinical data repository (one or more), an administrative workflow system, and a revenue cycle/financial system.  For some providers that may all be supported by one integrated system, while most others there are at least 2-3 systems in play with different permutations.

As we are moving towards certification criteria that need to be supported by multiple HIT, that level of clarity is essential to avoid overloading with more than what its role is supposed to be.
