      Agree to remove the statement:

      "In the event information is known to be available but does not currently exist in the EHR, the clinician could attest the data in question exists."

      and replace with:

      "In the event data is known to be available but does not exist in the EHR the clinician could attest to the data in question."

      Relatively small thing, you should consider adjusting wording here, so that the sentence sounds less like a contradiction –

      Propose. something like (could use ongoing wordsmithing):
