    Description

      Create Device.Operation.status ValueSet (replaces OperationalStatus) as follows.

      Lvl Code Display Definition
      0 on On The device is working (i.e. active and switched on).
      1   online Online The device is active, connected to a network and/or transmitting information. 
      1   paused Paused The device is active, but temporarily not connected to a network.
      1   offline Offline The device is active, but not connected to a network and/or transmitting information. 
      0 off Off The device is inactive, switched off, or deactivated.
      0 not-ready Not Ready The device is not ready to be operated and not operating.
      0 standby Stand By The device is in stand-by mode, i.e. not actively working but not powered off.
      0 shutdown Shutdown The device is ceasing from being ready to be operated or operating, but not yet off.
      0 defective Defective The device is not working as designed, malfunctioning or not working at all.
      0 unknown Unknown The operational status of the device has not been determined.
