References are made to EHRs and prior-authorization.  While much of the data for attachments may come from EHRs, but other HIT may be the source of attachments as well (e.g., HIMs or even larger repositories).  The language for this section, and CDex in general should consider using provider HIT vs. EHRs, where EHRs are one of multiple potentials.
