      This seems to be a issue with the Code System inserting a (r) symbol which is then incorporated in to the generated DIV for the example and the symbol is not being represented correctly.

    Description

      The problem is that there's a "reg;" in the text and the narrative page says there should not be HTML entries.  This should be replaced with "#174;"
