How to indicate Supporting Information for an Immunization?

      .supportingInformation will be added as a data element (0..* Reference(Any)). Guidance will be provided that reasons that the immunization was given should go in .reason. Reasons why a vaccine was not given should go in .statusReason (where .status is "not done) and that supporting information is other relevant information (for example, for a pregnant vaccine recipient, the gestational age of the child)

    Description

      We need to reference the Immunization resource to other resources, (Observation, Condition,….). This to indicate supporting information like the pregnancy of the patient or that the patient has be bitten by an animal suspected of having rabies. 

       

      We suggest creating a new element (e.g. supportingInfo) of type Reference(Any) with cardinality 0..*. 
      Similar as in the Procedure resource.
