Description

SDOH 1.0.0; 1.1.0; and Current Build have SDOHCC-Procedure as the Supported profile for Subscription. See Subscription Supported Profile(s): http://hl7.org/fhir/us/sdoh-clinicalcare/StructureDefinition/SDOHCC-Procedure

The IG Checking Task Status stipulates the use of relevant Tasks and associated ServiceRequests resources. The Subscription mechanism utilizes the updates of Task resources as input for notifications.

It doesn't seem like SDOHCC-Procedure profile used in this workflow. If its not used, linking it as supported the SDOHCC-Procedure profile adds confusion. Please remove it and add the appropriate supported profiles. Thanks
