Will add guidance distinguishing Questionnaire from QuestionnaireResponse, Composition, StructureDefinition and ObservationDefinition Key points for Composition - both QR and Composition can be used to organize data presentation and hierarchy and are designed to be human-readable.  Compositions can have standard templates that define what 'titles' and 'sections' need to be present. ObservationDefinition - defines a question that can be asked, along with data type and other constraints and can point to 'member' observation definitions.  Essentially a way of defining a panel, and some questionnaires may be surfaced this way.   Will also add guidance to QuestionnaireResponse differentiating with Composition & Observation Will create tracker items for the referenced resources suggesting adding differentiation to Questionnaire/QuestionnaireResponse as appropriate.
