Add a section on Data Quality with the following language: Data Quality   The default profiles in this implementation guide provide a baseline for data validation, but note that additional validation criteria may be expressed via Measure specific profiles.  This process begins by modeling the data quality requirements in CQL, then extending one of the default profiles in this guide with the updated CQL, and specifying the profile in the meta data of the FHIR Measure resource.  In effect, the `Measure.meta.profile` field will hold a link to a data profile that contains the CQL script that can be used for data quality, data itegrity checks, and data validation.
