      http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/security.html#6.1.0 includes this line:

      >Consider use of Smart-On-FHIR   where appropriate.

      Also: http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/security.html#authentication 

      Where the Smart-On-FHIR hyperlink resolves to: http://docs.smarthealthit.org/

      It would be both more helpful to implementers and more authoritative from HL7 to instead hyperlink this term to the IG: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/smart-app-launch/

      Also, I believe the formal capitalization is SMART on FHIR (as SMART is a backronym) and there should be no dashes.
