Section 4.1 (Security and Privacy: General Considerations), first paragraph, second sentence: “The author, whom is also the person the information is about” – this doesn’t seem accurate for this use case because the data is authored by clinical staff and other parties caring for and assessing the person, not the person themselves.
Section 4.1 (Security and Privacy: General Considerations), first paragraph, third sentence: incomplete sentence – possibly change “Users of this information, be them” to “Users of this information include” or similar, or re-write the whole paragraph.
