      The Central Cancer Registry Report Content Bundle should contain the following data constrained by queries:

      • Central Cancer Registry Patient: The Patient who is the subject of the closed encounter
      • US Public Health Encounter: the encounter that triggered the BSA (i.e., closed encounter)
      • NEW Primary Cancer Condition: Encounter Diagnosis for the closed encounter that is on the reportability list, category = encounter-diagnosis, All clinicalStatuses except InActive, verificationStatus = Confirmed
      • Secondary Cancer Condition: category = encounter-diagnosis, code = value from the Secondary Cancer Disorder Value Set, All clinicalStatuses except InActive, verificationStatus = Confirmed
      • Cancer Stage Group: status = final, amended, or corrected
      • TNM Primary Tumor Category: status = final, amended, or corrected
      • TNM Regional Nodes Category: status = final, amended, or corrected
      • TNM Distant Metastases Category: status = final, amended, or corrected
      • Radiotherapy Course Summary: status = completed, not-done, stopped, entered-in-error, unknown; category = 108290001-Radiation Oncology and/or Radiotherapy (Procedure).
      • Cancer-Related Medication Request: Medication requested during the closed encounter, status = active, completed, cancelled, entered-in-error, stopped, unknown; intent = order.
      • Cancer-Related Medication Administration: Medication administered during the closed encounter and status = completed, in-progress, entered-in-error | stopped | unknown.
      • US Core Medication: Referenced by Cancer-Related Medication Request and Cancer-Related Medication Administration
      • Usual Work: for the cancer patient in the closed encounter, status = final
      • US Core Laboratory Result Observation: Results linked to the encounter or ordered during the encounter or results received during the Encounter, status = final
      • Vital Signs: all vital signs for the encounter with status = final, corrected, unknown or amended
      • US Core Procedure: Procedures performed during the closed encounter limited to status = completed, unknown.
      • US Core DiagnosticReport Profile for Laboratory Results Reporting: Results linked to the encounter or ordered during the encounter or results received during the Encounter and Status = final
      • US Core DiagnosticReport Profile for Report and Note exchange: Results linked to the encounter or ordered during the encounter or results received during the Encounter and Status = final
      • US Core DocumentReference: All notes created during the encounter, status = current

    Description

      The content bundle specifies entries of profiles, which seems overly broad. Is the intent that systems should submit any instance that satisfies the profile? Is there a mechanism to provide additional filtering to identify the data of interest to be submitted as part of the registry report?
