This section consists of two diagrams under the heading Patient Client Interaction.  Not sure if they represent two different things or the second if blowup of part of the first?  On the first diagram, unsure what data is flowing where due to use of bidirectional arrow - recommend two arrows instead with clarity on what is flowing where. Not sure who the actor called "Requester" represents.  This is the first time it is used.  Expected to see Referrer or Recipient.

 In general, the actors in all the diagrams in section 9 need definitions and it needs to be clear how they align with functional actors in section 5.
