      Add change Adhoc to GeneralInformation.

Change AdhocResponse in output to GeneralInformationResponse

Complete-Questionnaire is already a code in the value set pulled from the SDC IG

To indicate that the Questionnaire is an application use .Reason

To deal with GeneralInformation (previously part of Adhoc) use .Description as a string for the question/instruction and use output.value as a string for the response.

    Description

Unclear what the purpose of "adhoc" and "adhocresponse" are.  Please provide better definition and an example.

It says " 1) will be captured by another profile element in text form" - what profile item would that be?

By any chance is this a case of back and forth messaging between provider and patient?
