Move detailed content type discussion to its own individual page under General Guidance. Have a short elevator pitch of content type on the homepage with a reference to the content type page.

Move About PACIO section above How to Read This Guide and below Expected Audience.

Keep paragraph "Future versions of this FHIR IG will address encounter-centric patient instructions, Content Type 2, and portable medical orders for life-sustaining treatment, Content Type 3." on the homepage, may also repeat it on separate detailed content type page.

    Description

Recommend that "Content Types" be shortened because it does not allow someone to quickly get a summary of the guide.  Take the pretty graphic and move to guidance.  Recommend you add a short section with high level description of scenarios/flow because it is a major selling feature.

Recommend that What is PACIO is moved to the bottom on section 1 because it gets in the way of the sales pitch.  1.4 (project need) is really important and should be seen right away.  This is the first page of the spec and may be all an executive or decision maker sees.  I feel it should be the elevator pitch for the problem and the solution.

(I would like to note that the use cases and scenarios under guidance are fabulous)
