Change the providerEventMethodology extension description from:
This extension is used for indicating how the provider determined the number of providers involved--through internal experience/analysis or an external methodology.

      to:
This extension is used for indicating the method a provider used to group services, and those providing such services, beyond what may be indicated through DRGs that the payer or patient may find helpful (e.g. grouping services by a standardized episode of care definition).

The ProviderEventMethodology extension is not well defined. It is a string data type and has no constraints or guidance. It is also listed as MS. If it is important enough to have as MS, it should be better defined. As currently defined and with such little guidance, all implementations will likely have nothing of use included.

Add more guidance and or remove MS.
