According to the Draft Specification for Race and Ethnicity, the R/E observations are to be tested to illicit feedback on necessary changes to support the exchange of race and ethnicity data. However, the R/E Observation profiles are included as part of the capability Statements without indications that they are not required. Please remove the R/E observations from the capability statements or indicated they are not required to be included.
