Description
1) In general, the requirements in this section are incomplete and ambiguous. Per section 4.2.3, it appears that this section is to outline the immediate response by the payer upon receipt of the GFE from the provider. If so this should be made clear. This section needs to be fleshed out to fully reflect expectations of the payer when receving a gfe-submit operation. 1) In general, the requirements in this section are incomplete and ambiguous. 2) The section states that "The resulting AEOB Bundle is returned in the HTTP body of the POST response". However, the AEOB Bundle profile includes the full advanced EOB profiles for each GFE received. As discussed in section 2.1.1 item which is not available at the time of request (due to asyncrhonous fulfillment). The proper response should be a new profile acknowledging successful receipt of the GFE. The Advanced EOB bundle should not be an expected response for the gfe-submit operation.
