      Will remove the endpoint extension on PCT Practitioner since it is not needed with the current polling-based approach. Will revisit the need for provider endpoints in phase 2 (subscription may be a better approach)

    Description

      Suggest we simplify the 'endpoint'.
      Rather than pointing to a separate resource, could we add a slice on telecom and limit the use to 'URL' along with a definition/description of 'endpoint'???
