    Description

There are many extensions (dataEnterer, informant, informationRecipient, participant, performer, authorization, clause) listed as must be supported. Since this is a composition of multiple elements, it isn't clear to me who this would represent. For example, who would be the dataEnterer when we're sending information filled out by both the patient and a health care provider? It seems like these fields should either be removed, moved elsewhere, or not marked as requiring support.
