    Description

      After spending a few hours with this IG, my understanding of how these ADI resources are exchanged is still fuzzy. 

      If you reduced the size of the not very informative powerpoint screenshots and created more technical examples of data exchange on the HL7.FHIR.US.PACIO-ADI\Use Cases - FHIR v4.0.1 page, it would solve the problem. 

      Use-case 2's current sequence diagram is a great example of the problem. There's only two arrows ... and over-the-wire data exchange is only happening in one of them (probably), but (I think) that single arrow encompassed an OAuth2 code flow including the patient authenticating to the content receiver? the tablet icon performing a FHIR create of ... a DocRef? which contains like a dozen other resources?
