The guidance for when the subject is a Group is detailed in the documentation of the return parameter on the $report operation page (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-ra/2022Jan/OperationDefinition-report.html)

"The $report operation will always return one Parameters whether the subject is a single patient or a group of patients. Risk Adjustment Coding Gap Report Bundle for a patient is in a Parameters.parameter element. A Risk Adjustment Coding Gap Report Bundle contains the Risk Adjustment Coding Gap Reports for the same patient. For example, if a Group has 10 valid patients, then a Parameters will contain 10 Parameters.parameter}}elements, with each {{Parameters.parameter for a unique patient."

Will add similar clarifications to the section 2.3.1 on the Guidance page to explain when the subject is Group, there will be multiple Parameters.parameter and each parameter contains a Bundle for a specific patient.

Will not add Group clarification to 11.3.1.1, since this is on the Risk Adjustment Coding Gap Report Bundle profile page.

      2.3.1

All risk adjustment coding gap reports contained in a Risk Adjustment Coding Gap Report Bundle must be for the same patient.

      11.3.1.1

The following data-elements are mandatory (i.e data MUST be present).

      Each must have:

      1. Bundle.type with a fixed code “collection”
      2. Bundle contains one to many Bundle.entry
      3. Bundle contains one Bundle.entry that is a US Core Patient

      Additional Profile specific implementation guidance:
