    Description

The date of service for the extracted diagnosis must correspond to the correct Payment Year but payers are generally permitted more than one calendar year to collect the diagnoses.

This intro sentence comes in pretty fast, and has a somewhat disjointed way of introducing "the extracted diagnosis" as a data element. This is the first time we mention a diagnosis in the home page, and we do not even explain what it is extracted it from.

A contextualizing statement, e.g. "To identify conditions, diagnoses are extracted from X by Y during a certain time frame, typically a year." would help the flow of this section.
