We agree that this value set is PCT specific. Also, FM had started an effort to review the supporting info slices across the IGs, but decided to stop this effort since there was no appetite to take on the work to harmonize across all IGs.

Will leave this VS in the IG for now and reconsider it again in phase 2.

Will remove the language about this being locally defined for testing purposes.

Since this value set is specific to this IG and not an external value set, why would THO define the value set / code system?
