    Description

In the C4DIC Coverage profile, Coverage.type.coding.value seem to be fixed to a value of "HIP" even though the data elements page gives examples of HMO and PPO when describing the Plan Type data element (which is mapped to Coverage.type). The v3-ActCode coding system has values for HMO and PPO, so it seems odd that HIP is the fixed value. Please clarify and/or reconcile the data element definition and the Coverage profile. Perhaps Coverage.type should be bound to an extensible value set containing at least HIP, HMO and PPO values.
