The name "Dependent code" may cause some confusion as a "code" is often though of differently than an "identifier". Coverage.dependent refers to identifiers and numbers, but not codes. If "code" is the right term, please clarify the distinction between a code and an Identifier or number.

As well, for consistency with other data element names, the "c" in "code" should be capitalized.
