    Description

Some of the descriptions on the Data Element page seem at odds with the definitions of concepts given on the Use Case page. For example, the Subscriber data element is defined as "The person covered by the health insurance plan" but the Use Case defines the subscriber as "An individual or entity that selects benefits offered by an entity, such as an employer, government, or insurance company" and the member as "Any individual covered by the benefits offered by an entity, such as an employer or insurance company". Is the subscriber data element the subscriber concept or the member concept?

Do "member" (as in Member ID data element) and "dependent" (as in the Dependent code data element) have the same meanings as defined on the Use Case page?
