I agree the behavior is inconsistent between profiles for example Observation shows obs-3. The show-inherited-invariants: 'false' to reduce the amount of "white noise" from listing all the inherited parameters from ElementDefinition. Will investigate whether this has changed and if the invariants for the type should be displayed or if I needed to add invariants back into the diff to force to display to over-ride.

Constraints ait-1 and ait-2 are not listed under profile section. Is this a tooling issue? Other US Core profiles, such as DocumentReference, have Constraints section (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/2022Jan/StructureDefinition-us-core-documentreference.html#constraints)
