Overlay with base MedMorph is unclear

      Update the 2.1 and 2.2 diagrams to show a more clear representation of the reference architecture as in the other content IGs (e.g., use the MedMorph Actor names or include them in parentheses if a specialization of an actor is being used, same format and style). In Research there is an additional option for populating internal data repositories, which is not represented in the base architecture diagram. For external data repositories, the diagram should show the additional context of the base architecture diagram.

    Description

      This section appears to be replacing the standard MedMorph use cases with research-specific diagrams.  As such, it is not clear how this overlays with standard MedMorph workflows.  It would be clearer to refer to the specific MedMorph guide use cases and then to clarify how the actors in those use cases are met by the actors in the research realm.
