      The IG will have 2 options for Subscription Notification. The two options are to use either an ID only Notification Bundle or the full payload Notification bundle which includes the complete resource.

      Also add a clarification in the MedMorph Subscription Topic Definition for Encounter-close that the Encounter resource or the Id of the Encounter resource would be present in the notification bundle.

    Description

      The existing guide refers to the full resource payload bundle.  According to the Subscriptions R5 backport, the full resource bundle involves the resources involved in triggering.  Which resources are being requested should be clarified here.  It seems like the triggering resource would be the encounter.  If that's the case, then the full resource payload may not be a good fit, as a follow up query will always be necessary to retrieve the provider information and determine reportability.
