    Description

      Remove the MS flag from the RelatedPerson reference from CareTeam.participant.member.  I get the desired to have RelatedPersons in the CareTeam, and having it as an allowed reference makes sense, but I don't think it merits a MS flag, since it isn't clearly required in USCDIv2.
