Update Composition description to better match profile slice names

      Update the figure in section 4.2 as follows: Remove the old figure and replace it with the newer figure from the presentation given at the Jan. 2023 ADI Working Group Meeting. (This version of the figure is attached to this Jira ticket.) Make the following additional modifications to the figure:

      • Per FHIR-35078, Care Experience Preferences and Personal Intervention Preferences are now derived from Observation (not Goal) so update their color accordingly.
      • Remove the word "Patient" from "Patient Healthcare Agent"
      • Change "GPP for Certain Conditions" to "GPP for Certain Healthcare Conditions."
      • Swap the order so that "GPP for Certain Healthcare Conditions" is before "Goals Preferences and Priorities (GPP) Personal Care Experience" to match FHIR-40380 from Block Vote 6.
      • Choose more distinct colors for "List Resource" and "Care Plan Resource"

      Update the numbered list in section 4.2 to match this new figure.

      Fix typo in numbered list "...FHIR Bundle documents consist or multiple entry resources within it..." (Replace "or" with "of")

    Description

      Section 4.2 includes narrative and a figure laying out the various parts of the ADI composition. But some of the section names don't align with the name of the sections in the actual Composition profile (eg End of Life/Emergency Intervention Preferences (Under Certain Health Conditions)  versus gpp_for_certain_health_condition). It would be easier for readers less familiar with ADIs if the section names were better aligned.
