    Description

      The hierarchy of SNOMED 254292007 (Tumor staging) is a mixed bag that includes staging SYSTEMS and staging STAGES (e.g., . The reasonably small number of items could allow removal of the stages (e.g., remove 13808002 | Walter Reed stage 3). This will help clarify that the staging method belongs in `method` and the particular stage belong in `value`.

      And while we are at it, I have learned from Richard Moldwin that the registries often use "EOD" (Extent of Disease) method of staging (NCIT#C174125). Can that be added?
