For the resources MedicationStatement (R4)/MedicationUsage (R5), the spec contains an example named "Patient reports they are not taking Tylenol PM":

However, both these examples are incorrect in their current form. As per discussion in  this Zulip thread , the following changes are needed:

• R4: Status should be set to "not-taken" rather than "active"
• R5: The {{adherence }}element should contain a code indicating that the medication is not being taken (and possibly also the reason).
