We will update the PractitionerRole resource to add the characteristic property (and search parameter) that is already on Location and HealthcareService to permit the searchable custom tagging of the content. An example CodeSystem will be added to containing the service-modes: in-person   In Person   The service will be provided in person telephone  Telephone   The service will be provided by a teleconferencing facility or regular telephone videoconference   Video Conference  The service will be provided over a video-conference facility chat   Chat/Messaging    This service will be provided via a realtime chat/messaging conversation The ValueSet for the pracrole characteristics will refer to this new codesystem. Also, the HealthcareService characteristic will have a new example valueset that includes the samples CodeSystem from Location and this new one above.
