    Description

      A new flag needs to be associated with the second record axis code for some maternal mortality records. 

      • If the underlying cause of death changes due to the fact that the case involves a pregnant or recently pregnant woman
      o The second record axis code is what the underlying COD would have been had pregnancy not been involved
      o There is a flag (the number one (1)) associated with this record axis code signifying this issue
      o Otherwise record axis codes are listed in alphanumeric order
