Strength is the common term for listing the various quantities and/or ratios of the ingredients. If you have simple quantities of the ingredients using ingredient.strengthQuantity would be the proper way to store it.

We need to store the amount of each of the ingredients that compose a Medication.

There is the element strengthQuantity that seems to fit for this purpose, but we find that strength implies concentration and not amount.
