    Description

Similar to FHIR-15154: Support for relatedPerson to be an attester of a Composition, it seems like in some cases, such as patient-signed advance directives or POLST docs, the most appropriate person for the DocumentReference.authenticator to be is the patient. Should FHIR allow this?
