ClinicalUseDefinition meets the requirements to be considered a 'definition' for an Event.  (The Event would be a DetectedIssue instance.)  As such, it should include mappings to the Definition pattern.  (Note that this is an R5 requirement, don't worry about it for R4B.)  Obviously as you map, consider alignment in terms of names, data types, missing elements, etc.
