Description
I disagree with the third paragraph. It presumes segmentation is the same thing as labeling. Labeling is a method of segmentation, but is not synonymous. The paragraph continues to express that security labeling is enabling. This is the distinction. So simply make it more clear that although segmentation may have potential to cause data blocking, the security labeling with policies and obligations are what enables appropriate communication.
