Will update mapping tables on Background page with correct v2 section numbers (see comment), and will confirm what HL7 v2 (column header) actually refers to. Add ORU to Bundle map as row 1 (additionally). Update headers that specifically describe what is in each column.

This should be split into 2 rows:

header names should be = V2 message elements / NAACCR IG section reference / FHIR artifact

second row should be the first mapping = ORU^R01 message / 2.3.1 / US Pathology Bundle
